FCS adult membership is available to men and women, 18 years old and older, without regard to race, national origin, age, denominational preference, or political persuasion. Please print and complete. Mail the completed application and membership due check to Kevin Wall, FCS Treasurer, at P.O. Box 4247, Cedar Park, TX, 78630. Please do not mail cash. Make your check out to “FCS.” You can also deliver the application and cash to Kevin Wall or Randy Rowley. Applications only have to be completed once (they do not have to be completed for membership renewals).

• Two-year membership – $35.00 (a 13% discount)
• Three-year membership – $50.00 (a 17% discount)
• Five-year membership – $80.00 (a 20% discount)
• Lifetime membership – $300.00 (equivalent to 15 one-year membership renewals)
