2/24/95 Sweethearts Appreciation Dinner
Twelve men and their wives (24 participants) had a great time at the Fifth Annual Sweethearts Appreciation Dinner on 2/24/95 at Ken and Marcia Farmer’s home. The menu included: ribeye steak, baked potato, salad, and breadsticks (from The Olive Garden) and cheesecake (from Honey Baked Hams).
The meal went for only $24.00/couple (best of all tips were not expected). The dinner except for the salad and cheesecake was cooked and by the men, who also acted as servers.
The home setting allowed for quite a lot of fellowship, moving around and the showing of two FCS videos. The ladies seemed to enjoy the attention that was lavished upon them. Thanks to Ken and Marcia Farmer for opening their home to us and to Paul Wilson for putting together an FCS scrapbook and video.
