12/5/98 General Meeting

The meeting was held at Capitol City Trap & Skeet Club.  One officer and three members were present (four participants).  A discussion was held on upcoming events.

10/8/98 North Austin Chapter Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held at Charles Cutchens home.  One officer and three members were present (four participants).  A video on deer hunting was shown.  A discussion was held on upcoming events.  Business Meeting minutes?

1. A proposition was made by Randy Rowley to amend the FCS bylaws regarding Officers (section IV) to read that “The Officers shall maintain an Annual Club Calendar of Events.  Said calendar will be presented to the membership for approval at the meeting section of the Winter Dove Retreat each year or at the first meeting of the year in the event the Winter Dove Retreat is canceled.”  A vote was taken.  The proposition passed unanimously.
2. Another proposition was made by Randy Rowley to amend the FCS bylaws regarding Amendment proposals to the bylaws and/or statement of faith (section VI) to read “Amendment proposals to the bylaws, statement of faith, and/or calendar.”  A vote was taken.  The proposition passed unanimously.

9/27/98 General Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held at the Fall Dove Retreat.  Three officers, seven members, and four guests were present at the meeting (14 participants).  A discussion was held on upcoming events.

6/4/98 North Austin Chapter Meeting Minutes

The meeting was held at Randy Rowley’s home.  Two officers and five members were present (seven participants).  A video on Sporting Clays was shown featuring a guy with only three fingers (counting his thumb) on his shooting hand that never missed. A discussion was held on upcoming events.
