1st Qtr 2010 – Club Results

By

We had a setback for the January through March quarter of 2010 (our second setback in a row).  Our attendance was 75 people, which was our 10th best for this quarter, and was far behind last year’s attendance of 140 for this quarter.  However, we still beat what was our average for this quarter (68.67).

We had 11 events, which was our third best for this quarter.  Great Hills Baptist Church has yet to set a date for this year’s catfish fry (it might not happen), so we postponed the event.  We also canceled two hog hunts due to a lack of game and postponed a non-chartered white bass fishing trip and a non-chartered coastal fishing trip (but added a sporting clays shoot) or we would have had 15 events this past quarter.

Our average number of attendees per event was down from 8.75 in 2009 to 6.82 in 2010.

We had one man join the Club, 18 members renew their memberships, and six first time guests.

We had no supporting members votes, officers votes or polls during this quarter.
