2000 Shoots Reports

12/9/00 Sporting Clays Shoot
Twelve shooters (one officer, one member, one youth member, and nine guests) had a great time at the 12/9/00 Sporting Clays Shoot at the Capitol City Trap & Skeet Club.
John Bergmann, Gene Morrison, and I, Randy Rowley, tied for first place with 27/50. John David Morrison and Derrich Pollock tied for second place with 25/50. Clinton and Marty Hays came in third place 19/50. They were followed by John Lindley, Stephen Lindley, and Ryan Rowley with 16/50, Dan Baker with 12/50, and Kelvin Cheung with 11/50.
8/26/00 Sporting Clays Shoot
Seven shooters had a great time at the Quarterly Shotgun Shoot on Saturday, August 26, 2000 at the Capitol City Trap & Skeet Club. Tim Price came in first, Larry Dowden took second, and Ron Denison came in third.
5/13/00 Five Stand Shoot
Five shooters (one NAC officer, three NAC members, and one NAC youth member) had a good time at the 5/13/00 Five Stand Shoot at the Capitol City Trap & Skeet Club, despite the brisk, gusty wind that made the scores considerably lower than normal.
I, Randy Rowley, came in first place with 22/50. Ron Denison came in second place with 19/50. Tim Price came in third place with 18/50. He was followed by Jesse Price with 15/50 and Garrett with 10/50.
2/17/00 Skeet Shoot
The Quarterly Shotgun Shoot was rescheduled for 2/17/00 due to a rainout. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and Capitol City was not prepared for our group. The shoot was moved to the Austin Skeet Range. Six men participated. Score was not kept.
