2015 – Ministry Events

5/21/15 Wild Game Dinner (Ministry Event)
Two officers, 7 members, one son, and three daughters (13 total participants) had a great time at the 5/21/15 Wild Game Dinner (Ministry Event) at the St. George’s Court Senior Housing Apartments. We fed over 35 residents of St. George’s Court venison, duck, dove, hog, sausage, fish and Elk as well as onion rings, french fries and hush puppies. The weather was perfect and a great time was had by all!
5/21/15 – Wild Game Dinner – Daryl Shipper and Burl Fulenwider
The St. George’s Court residents who were present enjoyed the meal immensely and several of them took home left-overs. They were very appreciative.
Many volunteers made this event possible, from donations to food prep, serving and cleaning:
- Burl Fulenwider, Daryl Shipper, Ron Denison, Wayne Weilnau, Ken Miller, Jeff Cates
- Mark Moore, Charlie Batts, Randy Rowley, Flint DeShazo and his son
- Jonathan and Rachel Sherwin helped coordinate as well as run the deep fryer and there daughters Hannah and Leah kept the residents drinks full.
