7/1/11

By

The January – March quarter of 2011 was a good one for FCS.  Our attendance was 74 people, which tied our sixth best for this quarter.  We blew away what was our average for this quarter (58.32).

We canceled three events, including:

  • Guided Crappie Fishing Trip has yet to happen, as Randall Klimek is working on the details.  (Two people probably would have attended.)
  • Friday, 5/20/11 through Sunday, 5/22/11 – Self-Guided Hog Hunt at the Walters Ranch near Jarrell did not happen as the ranch was booked every weekend in May.  (Ten people were signed up and probably would have attended.)
  • Saturday, 6/11/11, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM – Student Instructor/Student Sporting Clays Shoot at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio was cancelled by the National Shooting Complex due to a schedule conflict.  (Eleven people were signed up and probably would have attended.)

If these events had occurred our attendance would have been 97, which would have been our fourth best.

We had 10 events, which tied our fourth best for this quarter.  If we had implemented all 13 events we would have tied our third best.

We had two men join the Club, 15 members renew their memberships, and eight first time guests.
