Game Cameras

I want to get a couple of good game cameras and I haven’t been able to figure out by looking online at what features I need or don’t need.  I want at least one to be cellular that I can monitor from my phone.  Everything I’ve seen shows that it costs $20 a month per camera for that so I’m only going to spend the money on one of them.  The other I would like an easy way to check the pictures captured and I’m not sure how that works?  Do you have to have a computer to read the memory card?  I see where some are wi-fi, so can you download the pictures on your phone when you are near the camera?  I also want solar chargers.  Prefer to have both the same brand and only have the cellular activated on one but if it’s less expensive to get one cellular and one non cellular then I will go that route.
