Diane Feinstein and her Cronies seek to limit your Second Amendment rights

In her 2013 bill (which was defeated), there is a proposed 1 characteristic of an assault weapon test versus the 2 characteristic test in the 1994 temporary ban (threaded barrel; second pistol grip; barrel shroud; capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip; or semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm).  The characteristics include:

• bump fire stocks
• many “dangerous” aftermarket modifications
• thumbhole stocks

In additon the bill would have banned

• the sale or transfer of grandfathered magazines (NOT excluding descendants)
• semi-auto shotguns (with a maximum of 5 rounds capacity)
• magazines over 10 rounds (includes certain semi auto pistols)

The bill also would have required a background check for all sales or transfers of grandfathered firearms – (NOT excluding descendants).
