Fried Venison Steak contributed by Randy Rowley


1 1/2 pound steak, 3/4 inch thick

3 tbsp. butter

Black pepper

Steak sauce

Melt butter in a heavy frying pan over medium-high heat.  Fry steak for four minutes on each side.  Dust with pepper, dollop with sauce, and serve on a heated platter.  Serves four.
