Microwave Baked Fish by Eddy Chance
ByTake two medium sized filets (eight to sixteen ounces).
Sprinkle with Tony’s Creole Seasoning and Lemon Butter.
Place two small pads of butter on top of each filet.
Place on a microwave safe dish.
Cover with wax paper or Saran Wrap (if you use Saran Wrap cut slits for ventilation).
Cook on high setting for ten minutes.
Smaller filets will take less time. Probe fish with a fork. It will easily pass through the fish when it is completely cooked. If you have any questions give me a call at 512-331-7828.
