Randy Rowley recommends:

    • AccuWeather (includes sunrise and sunset info)
    • Bass Fishing Diary (helps you remember the date, time, location, various weather and water conditions, lure, etc. surrounding your big catch)
    • Ducks Unlimited (includes many of the features from the DU website)
    • Fishing knots (shows in detail how to tie many useful knots)
    • iHunt Calls: 600 hunting calls (allows you to play them over external speakers)
    • Shooting Hours Sunrise Sunset (you can set an alert for when you can start shooting and when you must stop)
    • Smart Compass (even works in the dark)
    • Super-Bright LED Flashlight (turns your smart phone into a very bright flashlight – use sparingly because it drains your battery fast)
    • Trimble GPS Fish Free – formerly known as Cabelas Recon Fish (records fishing trips; keeps a daily report of your catches; marks waypoints for docks, fishing hotspots, underwater features, tracks your boat drifts, trolling paths, and routes from one location to another; has topo, aerial, and street maps, basic weather reports, sun and moon phases; tracks mileage and compass directions)
    • Trimble GPS Hunt Free (records hunting trips; keeps a daily report of your kills; marks stands/blinds, feeders, rubs, scrapes, etc.; has topo, aerial, and street maps, basic weather reports, sun and moon phases; tracks mileage and compass directions)
Waterfowl Call (includes both duck and goose calls – helps hunters master the various calls)

These can be found by serching your service provider’s “Play Store” or equivalent, https://play.google.com/apps, and https://play.google.com/store/apps.
