These dues will cover the cost of printing newsletters, flyers, directories, ballots, etc., postage, VCR tapes on hunting and fishing (to be shown at club meetings), materials for service projects, and guest speakers at club meetings. Dues are payable to the Treasurer. Dues are for the period January 1 through December 31. Club Officers will decide how funds will be allocated. If you do not have the funds to pay your membership due, please see the club treasurer. The officers realize that not everyone will be able to afford a yearly due. Membership in the club is not dependent on paying a due. However, the officers stress that as many members as possible pay dues to ensure equality in sharing expenses.

See item 2 from the 5/23/91 Officers Meeting. It was decided that an application form for membership would be created. This application will be used for all club prospects and current B&P Club members who are interested in retaining membership. Our system of membership acceptance (you are a hunter, know a hunter, or have heard of hunting) has become outdated. The application will weed out persons who do not want to be in the Club or who are inactive (which will save the active members in printing costs and postage. The system of “hunt with a member and you become a member” also will be eliminated.
- The meeting was closed by the President with prayer.
